Founded in 1982 by Notary Public Rosboch, the firm operates in particular in the real estate, corporate and succession sectors, following its clients from the pre-instruction phase to post-stipulation assistance. Over the years, it has developed a particular competence in the contractual law, international law, family law, taxation law and banking law, as well as being dedicated to new legislation on real estate execution, declarations of succession and remote auction sectors.
Each case is attended to by highly-qualified employees with a large amount of experience and specialisation under the direct and personal supervision of the Notaries Public who, if necessary, also make use of top external advisors such as surveyors, cadastral surveyors, lawyers and accountants, in order to study and devise the best solution for each actual case, where necessary discussing with the client’s trusted consultants.
The most up-to-date technology is used in the daily carrying out of work, using remote services for cadastral and chamber of commerce certifications for the remote sending of documents and for the organisation of audiovideo conferences for company shareholders’ meetings. Organisation by remote sectors also provides for short waiting times for preliminary preparation (on average maximum one week) with the possibility of satisfying any urgent client requirements. The firm also guarantess operations in the international sector thanks to the possibility granted to clients of talking with the notaries and some workers in English and French, and, lastly, is always available for all consultancy in all sectors, also for providing detailed and full free estimates of cost.
